Watson Style Group Retainers

Clients exceeding specified hours pay the contracted hourly rate for additional time. Senior/Lead Stylists bill at 1 hour; Assistant Stylists at 0.50 hours. After six months of inactivity, clients forfeit unused hours. Retainer hours are non-refundable.

Watson Style Group Membership

Memberships require a one-year commitment and are billed according to the selected membership plan (monthly or quarterly). Additional hours beyond the included allowance are billed at membership rates. Unused hours roll forward within the calendar year and expire one year after purchase. Memberships automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 60 days prior to the end of the current term. Following the initial one-year commitment, memberships may be canceled with 60 days' written notice. Six months of inactivity results in forfeiture of any unused hours. Membership hours are non-refundable.

Shopping Budgets

Charges apply as incurred for clothing, tailoring, and dry cleaning. A 19% Concierge Service Fee covers logistics, shipping, quality control, and tailor coordination. Final invoices show all returns and charges. Consignment merchandise not returned within specified windows gets fully charged to the card on file.

Travel

Stylist travel expenses bill to clients as incurred, with cost-splitting attempted when possible but not guaranteed.

Electronic Lookbook

Annual maintenance fees apply based on lookbook level.

Credit Card Fees

Using credit cards after initial purchase incurs a 3% fee.

Other Policies

Pricing increases annually. All program rates and hourly charges are nonrefundable as incurred. Two payment methods are required on file for billing purposes.

Client Commitments

Clients must maintain scheduled appointments with 48-hour cancellation notice, return unwanted merchandise within 48 hours, and remain open to change throughout the process.
