Styling Logistics Assistant

Watson Style Group is a luxury personal styling firm serving private clients across the country — a small team, a high-touch service, and a business growing fast on the strength of long-term client relationships. We've built our own technology platform and we run lean: every person here owns their function fully. We have studios in New York and Chicago.

The Role

The Styling Logistics Assistant keeps client orders moving in our New York studio: receiving, packing, shipping, returns, tailoring and inventory, done carefully and on time.

This role is designed to grow. It starts part-time and is built to become a full-time seat for the right person, with a path into more styling work and onto our career ladder. You will work alongside our stylists and see how a luxury styling business actually runs.

You must already live in New York City. This is an on-site role in our Manhattan studio. We are not able to consider remote candidates or candidates planning to relocate.

This is a hands-on operations seat with real client orders from day one.

What You'll Do

• Receive and send client items, and pack every outgoing order to a luxury standard
• Prepare pieces for clients: steaming, tag removal, garment care
• Track returns and return windows, tailoring, dry cleaning and consignment
• Keep client inventory and folders accurate in our platform
• Book and track shipments (UPS and other carriers) and chase anything that stalls
• Coordinate with tailors, vendors and brand contacts
• Support stylists with pulls, fittings and shopping when the week calls for it
• Write down how things are done, and suggest better ways to do them

Schedule

• Part-time to start, up to five days a week in our New York studio, set together around your availability
• Some flexibility in busy weeks (client trips, seasonal changeovers)
• A path to full-time for the right person

Expectations

• Provide services professionally and on time, and log your hours promptly
• Communicate clearly and on time; bring solutions; stay calm under pressure with a kind, supportive attitude
• Attend monthly All Hands meetings, receive and incorporate feedback, and take on new tasks as needed

Who You Are

• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a checklist end-to-end
• Physically comfortable with hands-on logistics work — steaming, packing, lifting, carrying
• Living in New York City now, and able to get to our Manhattan studio reliably
• A clear, professional communicator with clients and vendors alike
• Interested in fashion, styling or luxury service, and curious about how operations make it work
• Comfortable with everyday tech, and open to using AI tools to work faster
