We are seeking an exceptional Lead Personal Stylist based on the East Coast to join our leadership team. This is a full-time, senior-level role for a stylist with at least five years of high-level personal styling experience, a proven track record in sales and client management, and the drive to lead.

What You Will Do

• Lead high-touch, luxury personal styling engagements for a portfolio of discerning clients across the East Coast
• Build and maintain deep, long-term client relationships rooted in trust, taste, and discretion
• Curate complete wardrobes — from foundation pieces to occasion dressing — with precision and editorial sensibility
• Manage and mentor Assistant Stylists, delegating effectively while maintaining quality at every touchpoint
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within your territory
• Collaborate with the national team on lookbooks, capsule development, and brand partnerships

Who You Are

• Five or more years of high-level personal styling experience, including 1:1 work with female clients
• Proven success in sales, client management, and relationship building at the luxury level
• Deep fluency in luxury fashion — designers, fit, fabrication, and the rhythms of modern women's lives
• Strong taste, exceptional judgment, and a genuine love for the craft of styling
• A natural leader who communicates with clarity, delegates with confidence, and holds a high standard
• Discretion, professionalism, and poise — you understand the UHNW client and her world
• Based on the East Coast with the flexibility to travel for client sessions and team events
